He was predeceased by: his parents, Lois O'Quinn (Richardson) and William Jones O'Quinn; his grandson Jackson O'Quinn; and his siblings, Alton O'Quinn, Willie O. Watson, Elene O. Luke and Jean O. Ingram.

He is survived by: his wife Sylvia K. O'Quinn of Lakeland, GA; his children, Ashley Kyle O'Quinn (Ginger Butler) of Moultrie, GA and Dondi O'Quinn Bargeron of Tifton, GA; his grandchildren, Jake O'Quinn of Baconton, GA and Riley Grace Bargeron of Tifton, GA; and his brother Jones O'Quinn (Pat) of Lakeland, GA.. He is also survived by his wife, children, and grandchildren.

The O'Quinn family request that in lieu of flowers please donate to the American Red Cross or to Hospice of South Georgia.
