He is survived by: his son Greg Thomas; his granddaughter Katelyn Thomas of Valdosta; his sisters, Essie Lee Torres (Angel) of Lakeland, Vonice Dean (Benny) of Lakeland and Bonnie Thomas of Lakeland; his nieces, Josefa Fussell (Butch), Holly Meeks (Landon) of Axson and Zoe Coyago (Danilo) of Savannah; and his nephew Benny II Dean (Sabrina) of Lakeland.
