He is survived by: his mother Hilda Studstill (Nix) of Lakeland; his son Christopher Laverne Studstill of Lakeland, Georgia; and his siblings, Danny Studstill (Janet) of Nashville, Peggy Ann Horansky (Bob) of Jackson and Tanga S. Teasley (James) of Gainesville, Florida. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and great nieces and nephews.
