She was predeceased by: her mother Maggie Bass Pierce; her husband Howard W. Ray; her son-in-law Bo Bennett; her siblings, Jean Permenter, Virginia Ganas and Roy Pierce; and her brother-in-law Bob Murray.
She is survived by: her daughter Lori Ray Bennett of Lakeland, GA; her grandchildren, Mitchell Bennett (Carmen) of Lakeland, GA and Heather Pafford (John) of Lakeland, GA; her great grandchildren, Brantley Bennett and Benny Pafford; her sisters, Barbara Murray, Sharon Ramsey (Freddie) and Sandra Luke (Larry); and her brother-in-law Winston Ganas. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews.
