She was predeceased by: her parents, Carlie Sirmans and Mattie Sirmans (Roe); her husband James E Brogdon; her son James Lamar Brogdon; her grandson Robby Lamar Odom; and her siblings, Edward Sirmans, Rudolph Sirmans, Horace Sirmans and Cathy Sirmans.
She is survived by: her children, Avy B. Hiers (Jimmy) of Valdosta, Georgia, Donald Brogdon (Dianne) of Lakeland, Georgia, Ronnie Brogdon (Patty) of Lakeland, Georgia, Patricia Brogdon of Lakeland, Georgia, Rhonda Suggs (Bryan) of Lakeland, Georgia, Kenneth Brogdon (Rene) of Irwinton, Georgia and Cindy Royals (Michael Paulk) of Douglas, Georgia; her sisters, Linda Paschal, Louise Sanders, Martha Bailey and Barbara Warren; and her sister-in-law Sally B. Harper of Nashville, Georgia. She is also survived by 17 grandchildren, 38 great grandchildren, 6 great great grandchildren.
