He is survived by: his children, Anita Gray of Lakeland, Dale Floyd (Carrie Ann) of Lakeland and Douglas Floyd of Lakeland, Georgia; his grandchildren, Amber Poole, Michael Moon (Hannah), John Moon (Teresa), Triston Floyd, Landon Floyd, Dalton Floyd, Savannah Floyd and Sean Rentz; his great grandchildren, Harley, Hazen, Eli, Ezra and Jamie; his great great grandchild Persilus; and his sister Kathy Louvar (Gary) of Houston. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and extended family.
