She is survived by: her husband Rick Phillips; her children, Desaree, Taylor, Ericka, Kaleb, Hayleigh, Julianna and Jayden; her grandparents, Janice and George Slack; her stepparents, James Lisefski, Barb Lisefski, Debbie Tally and John Gould; her siblings, Jake Lisefski and Corinne Lisefski; her mother Debbi Tally; and her children, Stacy and Rick.
