It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Sandra Withers Stephens of Lake Park, Georgia, born in Bowling Green, Kentucky, who passed away on March 16, 2022, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parent Leslie James Withers. She is survived by: her children, James Lovins (Deborah) of Statenville, Darra Lynn Lovins of Lake Park and Carmel Jane Lovins of Lake Park; her grandchildren, Joshua Lee Izell (Charlotte) of Valdosta, Kaileigh Lovins of Colorado and Franklin Browning (Trinity Jade); and her great grandchildren, Chessa Izell, Chayla Izell, Jacey Izell and Josh Izell Jr.. She is also survived by other family members and friends.
