He was predeceased by: his parents, Janice Latrelle (Duke) and Buddy "Pop" Emery; and his sister Nancy Tustin. He is survived by: his wife Brenda Emery of Lake Park, Georgia; his son Patrick Emery (Ashley) of Lake City, Florida; his brother Aaron Emery (Tammy) of Ray City, Georgia; and his granddaughter Jayde Kathryn.
