She was predeceased by: her father Lloyd J. Strickland; and her husband Thomas Calvin Smith. She is survived by: her sons, Wendell Smith (Sheilah) of Waycross, James Smith (Penny) of Blackshear, Randy Smith (Hope) of Weatherford, TX and Clay Smith (Karol) of Ft. Worth, TX; and her sisters, Evelyn Sapp of Waycross, Lorine Smith (Gerald) of Homerville, Florine Weeks (James) of Erbro, FL and Carol Burke (Johnny) of Philadelphia, MS. She is also survived by ten grandchildren, eighteen great-grandchildren, and one great-great grandchild.
