He was predeceased by: his parents, Lionel Vallee and Amy Thompson Vallee; and his daughter Tamila Vallee. He is survived by: his children, Kelvin Vallee (Laura) of Naylor and Shelia Youmans (Laray) of Valdosta; his grandchildren, Raylyn Youmans, Kelvin Vallee, Jr. and Jarrett Vallee; his sister Alyce Hines of Maine; and his close friend Christine King of Lake Park.
