She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Merle Powell and Bertha Eller Powell; her daughters, Cindy Banks O'Dai, Polly Banks Ruehl and Jill Banks; her friends, Millie and Kate; her husband Joe Henry Banks of Lake Park, Georgia; her daughters, Wendy Banks Carter of Lake Park, Georgia and Sally; her son-in-law David Richman of Las Vegas, Nevada; her grandchildren, Josh Bass (Emily), Justin Bass (Lexy), Cooper Richman, Evan Gail Carter, Buck Carter, Zoe Ruehl, Lynn Raby, Larry Raby, Caitlyn O'Dai and Erin O'Dai; and her son-in-law J. R. Ruehl. She was also cherished by many great-grandchildren.
