She was predeceased by: her parents, James Robert Zant and Tommie Hogan Zant; her husband Mac McAbee; and her daughter Mary Catherine McAbee. She is survived by: her cousins, Betty Sue Zant of Valdosta, Robert Zant (Sue) of Houston, TX, Everett Bozard (Pat) of Johns Island, SC and Betty Jean Thomason of San Mateo, FL..
