He is survived by: his wife Edna Faye Carter (Thornton) of Lake Park; his son Kevin; his daughter-in-law Carrie Carter of Lake Park; his daughter Shannon; his son-in-law Chad Rogers of Lake Park; his grandchildren, Triston Carter, Kirsten Carter, Ashton Carter, Brooke, Levi Herring, Drew Raynor, Madison Rogers and Tyler Rogers; and his great grandchildren, Harper Carter and Kensley Rogers. He is also survived by Numerous nieces and nephews.
