He is survived by: his parents, Edward "Eddie" Rafter II and Ellen Vickery Rafter of Lake Park, Georgia; his daughter Raeleigh "Rae" Cannon of Lake Park, Georgia; his siblings, Chris Vickery (Nicki) of Pensacola, Florida, Amber Vickery of Lake Park, Georgia and Aiden Rafter of Knob Noster, Missouri; his nieces and nephews, Troy, Giselle and Preston Vickery; and his aunts and uncles, Dennis Grimsley (Eva), Priscilla Grimsley, Mitchell Sellars (Lauren), Debbie Hall, Darlene Johnson and Bobby Crane (Diane).
Visitation will be held on Friday, March 21st 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Music Funeral Services - Valdosta (3831 N Valdosta Rd, Valdosta, GA 31602).
