She was predeceased by: her parents, Charlie Calvin Reed and Mary Emma Reed (Cohea); her husband Dennis Michael Jernigan; her siblings, Rita Reed Jones, Mona Hill, Vernice Carol Carter and Curtis Gene Reed; and her half-sisters, Jessica Hutchinson and Stephanie Freeman.
She is survived by: her children, Tracey Henderson (Bradd) of Valdosta, Georgia and Michael White of Tennessee; her granddaughter Victoria White of Valdosta, Georgia; and her close friend Linda "Jo" Stern of New Orleans. She is also survived by Numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and extended family.
The church has asked that mask be worn at all times and please practice social distancing.
