She was predeceased by: her parents, Clemmer D. Luder (Knapp) and Jacob "Pop" K. Luder; her husband Harold "Herk" McAlexander; and her brothers, Noel and James Kirk Luder.

She is survived by: her sons, K. C. (Suzanne) of Huntingtown and Dan (Celeste Myall) of LaGrange, Georgia; her sister Donna Beth Whitman of Paradise, Kansas; her grandchildren, Caitrin McAlexander Huntzinger (John) of Ashton, Noel Tarlton McAlexander (Stacey) of Austin, Ian Tarlton McAlexander (Joanna) of Elkton, Anne Myall McAlexander (Carson Cerney) of Lincoln and Alice Myall McAlexander (Warren Flood) of Detroit, Michigan; and her great grandchildren, Cormac Olson McAlexander, John Edward Huntzinger IV, Mary Blythe Huntzinger, Malcolm Lewis McAlexander-Flood and Lorelei Anne McAlexander-Flood. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, and their children.

Owing to the pandemic, a private burial for immediate family will be held graveside at Hoisington Cemetery.
