He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Gaddy and Fannie Kee Gaddy; his siblings, Gerald Gaddy, Betty Sue Gaddy, Rosie Phillips and Judy Ann Knott; and his siblings-in-law, Janie Gaddy, Nell Gaddy, Tim Bass, Frank Phillips and Jimmy Knott.
He is survived by: his daughters, Sicely Ann Gaddy, Alexis Lee Gaddy and Abby Elizabeth Gaddy; his siblings, Jimmy Lee Gaddy, Charlotte Bass and Kimberly Kent (James Kent); and his nieces and nephews, Joshua Kent, Tony Duncan, David Duncan, Kristie Neal, Darlene White and Lisa Smith.
