He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Blackmon Sr. and Lonzie Lee; his brother Sylvester Blackmon; his sister-in-law Sanda Jo Blackmon; and his niece Gloria Trammell.
He is survived by: his children, Tracy Blackmon (Mary), Marilyn Delaney (Toney), Kenny Andrews, Jennifer Andrews and Delton Epps; his stepchildren, Toney Stargell and April Lynn Stargell; his granddaughter Spanada Dennis (Quantez); his brothers, Clarence Blackmon, Jr. and Robert Hubbard; and his nieces and nephews, Steve Blackmon, Antoine Blackmon (Wykethia), Ricardo Blackmon, Dionne Culpepper, Tammy Blackmon and Lisa Culpepper. He is also survived by twenty-seven grandchildren, thirty-eight great-grandchildren; a host of great-great grandchildren.
