Velvie Foulks Obituary

We are sad to announce that on September 4, 2020, at the age of 77, Velvie Foulks of LaGrange, Georgia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her mother Ethel Whitley Brown; her former husband William Thomas, Sr.; her husband Larry Foulks; her son William Eugene "Gene" Thomas, Jr.; her brothers, Danny Brown (Virginia) and David Brown; and her brother-in-law Billy Pope.

She is survived by: her daughter Debbie Gouchenour; her sister Joyce Pope; her sisters-in-law, Lorraine Brown and Polly Brown; her grandchildren, Shannon Prophett (Aaron), Amanda Gouchenour, Laci Phillips (Scooter) and Blade Thomas; and her great grandchildren, Micah Prophett, Lucah Prophett, Athena Greer, Tristin Greer, Frankie Phillips, Brayden Phillips, Kallie Thomas and Kason Thomas. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins.
