She was predeceased by: her parents, Dallas Tucker and Lois Hutchinson; and her father-in-law J. W. McGee. She is survived by: her husband Tony Whitfield; her children, Ryan Whitfield (Megan), Steven Whitfield (Stephanie), Carmen Boyd (Jesse), Justin Whitfield and Amber Whitfield; her grandchildren, Elisha, Micah, Julian, Hannah, Dylan, Georgia and Sadie; her sisters, Kathy Ellison (Dwight), Gloria Jones, Margie Boone (Dwight) and Angela Williams; her mother-in-law Vivian Jean Whitfield; and her siblings-in-law, Brandy Jones (Ken), Ericka McGee, Brian Whitfield (Burnita) and Dexter Whitfield. She is also survived by fifteen nieces and nephews; and an array of cousins and friends.
Visitation was held on Friday, December 13th 2024 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Lakes-Dunson-Robertson Funeral Home (100 Corporate Plaza Dr, LaGrange, GA 30241). A celebration of life was held on Saturday, December 14th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the New Community Church (1200 S Davis Rd, LaGrange, GA 30240).
