He was predeceased by: his parents, Union Watts and Annie Mae Martin; and his sister Faye Higgins. He is survived by: his wife Fran Watts; his children, Renita Eversole (Stan), Thomas Watts, Jr., Robin Banks (Randy), Lana Heard and Billy Watts; his grandchildren, Rick Heard, Wesley Banks (Ayla), Paige Heard, Mary Frances Wylie (Denver), Stanton Eversole, Justin Banks, Laura Frances Banks and Makaylah Watts; his great grandchildren, Ava Harmon, Jaxon Heard, Waylon Heard and Weston Morris; his sister Brenda Cook (Greg); and his friends, Noah Berryhill, Jessica Cook, Tim Adams, Brandon Puccio and Heather Walker.
