He was predeceased by: his parents, George Homer Howard and Lillie Mae Gill Howard. He is survived by: his wife Alice Traylor Howard; his children, Alice Carol Howard, Tom W. Howard (Robbye), David B. Howard (Donna) and Amy E. Howard; his grandchildren, Sarah Alice Lashomb (Bryan), Sarah Lynn Allard (Chris), Jeremy Chambers (Katie), Wendy Lucio (Wesley Bass), Casey Hughes (Scott), Alix Howard, Madison Howard and Sam Howard; and his great grandchildren, Abby of Eli, A. J., Evan, Rylan, Gavin, Garrett, Madison and Nora.
