He is survived by: his wife Peggy Ann Herndon Cotton; his children, Deborah Mitchell, Thomas H, George Cotton (Crystal) and Shannon Cotton (Christina); his brother Frank Cotton (Diane); his grandchildren, Bryan Seymour (Autumn), Joseph Seymour, Thomas H. Cotton, III, Jacob Cotton, Garrett Cotton, Grace Cotton, Haley Cotton, Ethan Cotton and Dylan Cotton; and his great grandchildren, Logan Seymour, Lane Seymour, Addy Seymour and Gracie Burts. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and extended family.
