With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Tammy Ann Evans Folsom of LaGrange, Georgia, born in Franklin, Georgia, who passed away on February 7, 2025 at the age of 56. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her grandparents, William, Clara Evans and Myrl Sanders; and her mother-in-law Margie Folsom. She is survived by: her husband Mark Folsom; her children, Kevin Folsom and Heather Stevens (Daniel); her father Ralph Evans (Diane); her siblings, Rodney Evans, Jeff Evans (Virginia) and Pam Evans; and her grandchildren, Landon, Aria, Sam, Jarrett, Gavin and Lilly.

A graveside service was held on Monday, February 10th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Restlawn Memory Gardens (2098 Mooty Bridge Rd, LaGrange, GA 30241).
