Smith and Sabrina Salas; his children, Jessica Salmon, Gabrielle Smith, Jeremy Smith and Samantha Smith; his granddaughters, Lilly Coup, Holly Jasensky, Lilly Patton and Riley Lynn Patton; and his former wife Erica VanDyne.
