She was predeceased by: her parents, J. H. Rice and Marie Elizabeth Cosper Rice; her former husband James H. Walker; and her daughter Tammy Lee Molly Schultz. She is survived by: her husband Arthur Foster; her children, Gayla Taylor (Sam), Troy Smith and Anthony Smith; her stepdaughter Tammy Anderson (Bernie); and her siblings, James Rice (Dianna) and Margo Webster. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren, 19 great grandchildren; other relatives and friends.
