He was predeceased by: his parents, Wilma Zaleski (Leonard) and Stephan "Steve" Zaleski. He is survived by: his wife Beverly; his sons, Jeffrey of Liberty Lake, WA, Phillip of Dacula, GA, Jared of LaGrange and Jason (Valerie) of Lilburn, GA; his grandchildren, Alexander, Annabelle, Gabriela, Makenna, Allie Mae and Luke; and his siblings, Patrick (Cathy) of Erie, MI, Barbara of Ormond Beach, FL and Matthew (Betty) of Toledo, OH..
