He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Lester Maddox and Cornelia Inez Maddox. He is survived by: his children, Tracey Maddox (Aimee), Denise Legato and Chris Maddox (Amanda); his grandchildren, Victoria, Alexandra, Anthony, Haylee, Corey, Jeff and Jennifer; his great grandchildren, Zander, Vincent and Lincoln; and his sisters, Sue Wilbanks (Donnie) and Sherry Maddox (Eloise). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
