He was predeceased by: his parents, W. B. Walls and Doris Walls. He is survived by: his husband Andrew J. McDowell III; and his sisters, Jo Whitlock of LaGrange, Sherry Arrington of LaGrange and Nancy Adams of LaGrange. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
