She was predeceased by: her parents, W. A. "Bill" Scott, Sr. and Rachel McCormick Scott; her husband Donald Lamar "PeeWee" Price; and her siblings, Larry Wayne Scott, Sr., Jerry Arnold Scott, Sr., Geneva Scott Mabry and Mary Frances Scott.

She is survived by: her children, Roy Lee Scott (Jo) of LaGrange, Patrick Bowen of LaGrange, Wanda Kelley Hay (John) of Thomaston, Rachel Kelley Kraemer (Mark) of Hogansville and James W. Kelley, Jr. of LaGrange; and her brother William A. "Bill" Scott, Jr. (Barbara) of LaGrange. She is also survived by seven grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.
