He is survived by: his spouse Neila Palmer Harper; his sons, Miles Harper, Randall Harper (Staci) and Neil Harper; and his grandchildren, Harleigh Harper, R. J. Harper, Harrison Harper, Lynnli Jo Harper and Maddi Jeane Harper. He is also survived by extended family and friends.
