He was predeceased by: his parents, William Shockley Cole and Corene Robertson Cole; his wife Mary Magdalene Harvel Cole; and his stepson Richard Boggs, Sr.. He is survived by: his stepsons, Robert Boggs and John Boggs; and his sisters, Mary Ann Whatley and Dorothy Sheppard. He is also survived by many Step grandchildren, and nieces and nephews; extended family and friends.
