He is survived by: his parents, Bobby Joel Smith and Betty Diane Hamrick Smith; his siblings, Gerry Addison (Tracie Crain) and Kacey Werle; his half-sister Sarah Smith; his uncle Paul Duckworth; his brother Jacob Smith; and his grandparents, Clara Smith and James Smith.
