She was predeceased by: her sister Linda Johnson Raines. She is survived by: her husband Jerry Rigby; her brother Wilson Johnson (Anne); her nephew Matthew Johnson (Sarah); her niece Catherine Johnson Loveall (Mat); her brother-in-law Jim Raines; and also Joy (Carlie Copeland).

In lieu of flowers, Libby and Jerry had made the decision to have no flowers and donations can be made to the West Georgia Auburn Club (Charles D. Hudson Scholarship) or to WellStar West Georgia Hospice.
