Neal (Evelyn), Evangelist Dorothy Favors (Luther), Bernell Neal, Margaret Neal Solomon, Mary L. Neal, Shelia Simon, Marion Keith, Curtis Hall, Jimmy Hall and Wylene Hall. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
