He was predeceased by: his parents, Don Robbins and Mary Dill Robbins; and his siblings, Don Robbins, Jr., John Robbins and Jo Ann Robbins.
He is survived by: his siblings, Edward Robbins (Beth), Billy Ray Robbins (Jo Ann), Linda Noles, Martha Hockinson (Fred), Paula Shelnutt and Sheila Dean (Tony); and his friend Ricky Wolfe. He is also survived by nieces and nephews; great nieces and nephews; extended family and friends.
