She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Joe Allen Harvey and Elvie Estelle Ward Harvey; her brothers, Dwight Harvey, Joe Harvey and Vance Harvey; her husband Charles Aaron Rutledge; her children, Charles Anthony Rutledge (Michelle) and Debra Roberts; her grandchildren, Jessica Lewis Melson (Michael), Jill Pierce (Keith), Jennifer Lewis McKinnely (Marcus) and Logan Charles Rutledge; and her great grandchildren, Madeline Allen and Makaila Trowell. She was also cherished by nieces, nephews and extended family.
