She was predeceased by: her parents, William Addis and Minnie Lee Wilbur Addis; her granddaughter Elizabeth Cook Dickman (Beth); and her great great grandchild Stella Dickman (Jack Burns). She is survived by: her daughter Melinda Cook (Jene); her grandchildren, Mark Cook (Dolores), Deborah Fisher (Neil), Mary Higgins (Jeff) and Paul Cook (Stacey); her great grandchildren, Maeghan Strope (Josh), Zach Fisher, Jeffrey Higgins (Jamie), Daniel Cook, Hannah O'Neil (Cam), Will Dickman (Kelly), David Higgins (Lindsay), Micah Dickman, Rachel Burgess (Austin), Grace Cook, Margaret Dickman (Maggie), Caroline Cook and Thomas Dickman; her great great grandchildren, Savannah Strope, James Strope, Addie Strope, Andrew William Dickman, III (Liam), Jeffrey G. Higgins, III (Jay) and Charlie Higgins; and her son-in-law Andrew Dickman. She is also survived by nieces, nephews and extended family.
