With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Lucious Scott Sr. (LaGrange, Georgia), who passed away on February 17, 2020 at the age of 87. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Callie Davidson and Clyde Scott; his son Ricky Scott; and his siblings, Amos Scott and Annie Beasley.

He is survived by: his wife Jo Ann Scott; his children, Lucious Scott, Jr. (Betty Blackmon) and Brenda Truitt (Eugene) of Stockbridge, GA; his stepson Jimmy Thornton (Sarah) of LaGrange, GA; his grandchildren, DeMarkus West of Stockbridge, GA, Nakesha Scott of LaGrange, GA, LaToya Scott of LaGrange, GA and Justin West; his great grandchildren, Mydarius, Keasha, JarQuavious and LaShonda; his brother Robert Scott (Sara); his aunts, Hazel Williams and Marie Cameron; and his sister-in-law Vera Scott. He is also survived by other nieces, nephew, cousins, family and friends.
