He was predeceased by: his parents, Louis Leon Porter and Mary Elizabeth Stall Porter; and his siblings, Frances Porter, John Porter and Terry Deyo.
He is survived by: his children, Brenda Porter, Sherry Gilman (Robert), Leon Porter Jr., Michael Porter (Rebecca Swartz) and Mark Porter (Pauline); and his brother Frank Porter (Lois). He is also survived by several grandchildren and great grandchildren; other relatives and friends.
