He was predeceased by: his parents, James Theodore Williams and Margaret Shiver; and his brothers, Jimmy Williams and Scotty Colvin. He is survived by: his wife Sheila Ann Bailey Williams; his children, Melanie Key (Michael), Angie Williams, Kim Williams (Cammie), Greg Williams (Diana), Sherrie Turner (Brent) and Justin Williams (Brooke); and his siblings, Jerry Williams, Beverly Elmore (Bob), Theodosia Flowers and Krista Harrison (Edd). He is also survived by nine grandchildren, five great-grandchildren, numerous nieces, nephews.
