He was predeceased by: his parents, Georgina Skeens and Kenneth Guy Heximer. He is survived by: his wife Becky Sue Heximer of LaGrange; his children, Thomas Dean Webb, Jr. of LaGrange, Tami Sue Lang of Phoenix, AZ, Kenneth Paul Heximer, Jr. (Blue) of Phoenix, AZ, Jason Dana Heximer of Phoenix, AZ and Karen Irene Desiree Baldwin of LaGrange; and his siblings, David Heximer, George Heximer and Ellen Blair. He is also survived by four adopted children; 26 grandchildren; a number of great-grandchildren.
