He was predeceased by: his parents, Ambrous Mac Dodgen Jr. and Martha E. Potate Dodgen; and his son Robert "Bobby" Mac Dodgen. He is survived by: his wife Bonnie D'Armond Dodgen; his sister Sharon McLaughlin Spriggs of LaGrange, GA; his children, J. "Andy" Dodgen (Kelly) of Powhatan, VA and Dodgen Woodie of LaGrange, GA; his grandchildren, Caleb, Garrett, Connor Dodgen, Drew, Emily, John-Robert Dodgen, Jordan "Mack" Woodie (Rachael) and Matt Woodie (Danielle); his stepchildren, Matt Reeves of Colorado Springs, CO, Kathleen Reeves of Costa Mesa, CA and Laura Murphy (Wayne) of New Haven, KY; and his stepgrandchildren, Quinn Murphy and Grant Murphy. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and special friends.
