He was predeceased by: his parents, Leon Gordon Green and Flora Ward Green; and his siblings, Dannie Green and Julie Garner. He is survived by: his wife Pamela Helton Green; his children, Tammy Michelle Green and John Michael Green, Jr. (Michele); his siblings, Edward Green (Linda), Brenda Jordan (William) and Fred Green (Connie); his grandchildren, Kaylee Bradley (Rae Ann), Sidney Bates (Will) and Emily Golden (Gus); his great grandchild Watson Bates; and his sister-in-law Faye Green. He is also survived by nieces, nephews.
