She was predeceased by: her parents, Joe McClain and Tiny Bales McClain; her husband Kenneth Lamar Hamilton Sr.; her daughters, Ellen Hamilton and Susan Hamilton; and her siblings, Rev. Olin McClain, Ruby O'Neal and Nell Joy.
She is survived by: her children, Ken Hamilton Jr., Marianne Nelson (Tom), Teresa Hamilton and Joe Hamilton (Angela); and her grandchildren, Dorian Pike (Mandi), Gage Pike, Noah Hamilton, Sofia Vallentour, Olivia Hamilton, Joshua Sivell (Danielle), Tiffany Sivell, Steven Nelson, Kristen Nelson, Hanna Gunter (Dain), Joseph Hamilton and Lily Hamilton-Hester (Jacob). She is also survived by her 10 great-grandchildren and 3 great-great-grandchildren.
