He is survived by: his children, Jeffrey Jerome Hicks (Tanya) and Jill Hicks Calhoun Dunklee (Barry); his grandchildren, Ashley Ozley and Brittany Cavender (Roger); his great grandchildren, Laila Ozley, Lakyn Ozley, Charlee Kate Cavender, Denver Calhoun and Miller Calhoun; and his siblings, Ted Alford (Sharon) and Cindy Prescott. He is also survived by nieces, nephews.
