With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Jasper William Davis (LaGrange, Georgia), who passed away on November 16, 2024 at the age of 96. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Though Jasper William has departed this earthly realm, his legacy endures — a legacy of love that will continue to illuminate the lives of family and friends in the darkest of hours. May his spirit soar on wings of eternal peace, forever cherished in the tender embrace of memory.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Gaffney Watson Davis and Parrie Lee Green Davis; his wife Ruby Aileen Worthy Davis; and his granddaughter Sharon Wynn. He is survived by: his children, Levern Davis (Vickie), John Timothy "Tim" Davis (Lynn) and Kathy Renee Hester (late Richard). He is also survived by ten grandchildren, numerous great and great-great grandchildren; nieces, nephews.
Visitation was held on Thursday, November 21st 2024 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Higgins Funeral Home (506 Hill St, LaGrange, GA 30241). A funeral service will be held on Friday, November 22nd 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Friday, November 22nd 2024 at 3:00 PM at the Restlawn Memory Gardens (2098 Mooty Bridge Rd, LaGrange, GA 30241).
