With heavy hearts, we announce the death of James Thompson (LaGrange, Georgia), who passed away on November 11, 2019 at the age of 77. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, James Oscar Thompson, Sr. and Ola Louise Brooks Thompson; and his wife Ann Morris Thompson. He is survived by: his son Mark Thompson; his granddaughters, Brooke Cox (Casey) and Lindsey Ransom (Joshua); his brother Billy Thompson (Geri); and his great grandchildren, Kasen Ransom and Gracelynn Cox. He is also survived by extended family and a host of friends.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Richard Shiver Sunday School Class at the First Baptist on the Square or to the LaGrange Shrine Club.
