He is survived by: his parents, James William "Billy" Tucker and Charlotte Nell Smith Tucker; his wife Joann Cotton Tucker; his children, Britney Tucker (Scott Evans), Will Tucker and Dalton Tucker (Lauren Steele); his stepson Joshua McDaniel (Emily); his grandchildren, Waylan Cummings, Harper Lynn Evans, Conway Tucker, Lane McDaniel and Layten Evans; his sister Pam Ferguson (Lee); his aunt Rochell Brooks (John); his niece Brandi Dailey (Thomas); his nephew Matthew Ferguson (Kristen); his cousins, Echols and Linda Hart; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Evan Dailey, Liam Dailey, Macy Dailey and Grady Ferguson. He is also survived by several other relatives and friends.
